Microchip Technology's MIC5365-3.0YC5-TR is a positive, fixed low dropout voltage regulator with one output and output voltage up to 3V and output current up to 150mA. The MIC5365-3.0YC5-TR provides over-current and over-temperature protection in 5-TSSOP, SC-70-5 and SOT-353 packages, and is well suited for portable electronics applications.
