ULN2003ADR Description
The ULN2003AN/ADR is a Darlington tube array driving circuit with seven groups of NPN Darlington tubes. The emitters and open-collector outputs of each set of Darlington tubes are linked together. It is mostly used to power relays, electric hammers, lighting equipment, and LED display systems.
