Product Details
The Texas Instruments OPA445AU is a low-power, single-channel operational amplifier that offers high performance and low noise performance. The OPA445AU is an easily adjustable, low voltage, rail-to-rail output, operational amplifier that can operate from 2.5V to 12V power supplies. The amplifier is designed to offer low distortion, low offset, drift and good common-mode rejection ratio. This amplifier is ideal for precision applications in automotive, industrial, process control, medical and instrumentation systems. The OPA445AU features high-speed GBWP of 10 MHz and PSRR of 45 dB at 10 kHz. The amplifier also provides fast settling time of 10 μs with a 0.1% step response and can handle up to ± 20mA load current. The device is packaged in a SOT-23-8 lead plastic small-outline package, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.
